What I did in New Hampshire
- Went blueberry picking
- Read in a hammock
- Saw wild turkeys
- Swam in Bow Lake
- Drove to the country store in a convertible
- Ate blueberry scones with homemade jam and scrambled eggs from the neighbors hens for breakfast
- Hiked to a swimming hole on game trails
- Swam in said swimming hole
- Made Blueberry cobbler
- Delicious seafood dinner in Portsmouth

Whoa there, signed in on Jessica’s tumblr while at her place and forgot to sign out. Previous post about Beyonce’s Halo being my number one guilty pleasure was not my own. Setting the record straight here. Having heard the first few lines though, can we at least all agree that Beyonce should sing low more often?

I feel like there is an unspoken rule that says you can’t photograph your own pet. Not sure why, it just seems like cheating for finding a subject. I guess that means I have cheated on most of the pictures I end up happy with.

I want to read a work of fiction again. It has been so long. Perhaps I should admit that the reason I havent gotten into a book for so long is that I have been too hung up on reading the “classics.” I know most people hate the idea that they are “supposed” to read anything, but to be honest I’ve always kind of bought into it. I had trouble falling asleep last night, on the couch, staring at the clock on the cablebox. All I could do was think about things that scare me. Not terrifying things, just worrysome things, like paper deadlines, writing in ink, or waiting for bad news on the phone. The kind of things that loom, that feel heavy, make you tired.

Inauguration Day Hooray!
Just got back from the Greenbelt Metro station, and there are already cars lining up to come in and park. They will not be allowed in until 3:20 or something like that. The trains were crowded with people coming from balls and such, all talking about Barry
